Elegance with an avant-garde touch. That is how we would describe the Korean shoe brand, Reike Nen, that keep suprising us season after season. Reike Nen was launched in January 2010 in Seoul by Rei Yoon Hong Mi. The designer wanted to merge tradition’s classic and elegant aspects with a contemporary twist to create her original designs. The aim was to create a new kind of refined style called ‘Contemporary Refinement’ While the originality of the collections appears in a mix of tones and textures bringing unique details, the natural shades and classic shapes of the shoes give them a distinguished look. Thanks to its unique designs, the brand has quickly gained a worldwide recognition, especially in Korea and in the US. Mimosa Gravier

This summer, 3.1 Phillip Lim introduces a footwear collection made of minimalist sneakers. The most interesting models are the PL31 Top, designed in High and Low, and the Morgan Low Top. The PL31, taking inspiration from the Nike Air Force, is proposed in white and crocodile print. Even if the model seems quite imposing, it is still really clean and plain, giving some attitude to the shoe. With its slip-on aspect, the Morgan Low Top looks casual but remains elegant thank to the black leather and the blue satin yokes. Different styles resulting in a chic collection.
